The basics of using the NXTGEN Boxing Club app.

1. About these terms
These terms cover your use of the NXTGEN Boxing Club app. By using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Your gym membership itself is governed by the separate terms you agree to with NXTGEN through our membership platform.
2. Using the app
The app is a companion to your membership. You agree to use it for its intended purpose, to keep your login to yourself, and not to misuse, copy, or interfere with it.
3. Bookings and payments
- Personal training starts at $50.00 for a 30 minute session (45 minute sessions are priced in the app). Pay by card in the app, or choose cash to pay at the gym.
- Merchandise is sold through the app, with card payments processed securely by Stripe.
- You can cancel a personal training booking in the app. Refunds on card payments follow our gym policy, so contact us if you need a hand.
4. Membership, cancellation, and renewals
Your membership plan, billing, renewals, and cancellations are managed through GymDesk, not inside this app. You can cancel your membership at any time through GymDesk or by contacting the gym, and cancelling is as straightforward as joining. Where a plan renews automatically, GymDesk handles billing and any renewal notices under its terms.
5. Rewards
Attendance rewards are our way of saying thanks for showing up. They are earned by training, are given at the club's discretion, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may change over time.
6. Training, health, and risk
Boxing and combat training carry real physical risk. You take part at your own risk and confirm you are fit to train. This app is not medical or fitness advice. Speak to a doctor before starting if you are unsure. Our full liability waiver applies to your training at the gym.
7. Content and conduct
Please keep interactions in the club and the app respectful. We can remove content or restrict access if these terms are broken.
8. Availability
We work to keep the app running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error free, especially as our new facility opens and details change.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, NXTGEN is not liable for indirect or unexpected loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We will update the date at the top, and continued use of the app means you accept the changes.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
